First, I would like to thank Sheldon for helping me to purchase my condo in the size and area I was interested in - close to family and friends.  Also for the sale of my house within a day.  I am not surprised at Sheldon’s capabilities -  his relentless hard work, tenacity, honesty, reliability, first class service,  extensive knowledge of the market and the real estate business.  You certainly stand out as a leader in the business. These two transactions were the third and fourth with Sheldon over the past 15 years.  

Sheldon always went above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agent.  He became a true friend whom you can depend on.  He made the purchase and sale less stressful for me which is much appreciated and kept me apprised of any updates-no matter how small throughout the process.

I hired Sheldon Kiestin, Real Estate Broker, to sell my condo.  I am an elderly lady with medical conditions.  Mr. Kiestin went beyond real estate agent work.  He advised me on how to make my condo more presentable for sale.  He decorated my condo to make it look nicer.  He helped me pack and move some of my belongings to my new place, and disposed of my furniture that I could not take with me.  Mr. Kiestin accompanied me when I put and offer for my pre-construction condo.  He went with me to help pick out my upgrades for my new condo.  He drove me to my lawyer, when papers needed to be signed.  For the pre-inspection of the new condo, he came with me.  He also offered to help with my closing on my pre-construction condo.  Sheldon Kiestin got me a great price on the condo I was selling.  In fact, he got me the highest price in the building.  He sold it quickly.  He handled a difficult agent on the other side very well.  He looked over the offer very carefully, and struck out things that were not good for me to protect me.  I recommend Sheldon Kiestin.  Sheldon is very good working with seniors, who need a patient understanding agent, who will go beyond normal work to help them.  If in future, I need a real estate agent, I will again hire Sheldon Kiestin.  I know he will protect my interests, and will help me whatever he can.  I have full confidence in him.

After 17 years we made the leap; we sold our home.
Sheldon Kiestin, our real estate agent, not only held our hand through the entire process, he saw us through to the very end.

He told us exactly what you expect at every step and was right on every point. He brought in his stager and photographer, he made fliers and put us online - our house was everywhere!
We had so many people walk through our house in a week! The advertising and coverage was phenomenal!

Every detail was looked after for us, and our house sold over asking in the first week following a bidding war!
